What to expect
Planning your first visit
Nobody likes walking into a room not knowing what happens next. So here is the whole thing, start to finish.

From 09:00 — The doors are open. There is tea and coffee, and someone on the welcome team will say hello and show you where things are.
09:30 — We start. Usually a welcome, then about half an hour of singing.
10:00 — The talk. Around thirty to forty minutes, working through a passage of the Bible.
10:45 — We finish with prayer, and often communion.
11:15 — Done. Most people stay for tea and stand around talking for a while. You are very welcome to stay, and equally welcome to slip out.
What to wear — Whatever you are comfortable in. You will see everything from jeans to a suit.
Kids — There is a programme running during the service for ages three to twelve. Take them to the kids room before we start, and collect them from the same place afterwards.
Getting in — There is free parking on site and step-free access to the main hall. If you need anything specific, phone the office beforehand and we will sort it out.
Questions people ask
What time does the Sunday service start?
The service starts at 09:30. Doors are open from about 09:00 for tea and coffee.
What else is on during the week?
The MIDweek Healing & Miracle Service is on Wednesdays at 19:00, and Hour of Power — an hour of prayer — runs on Saturdays from 06:00 to 07:00. Everyone is welcome at both.
How long does it last?
About an hour and three quarters, finishing around 11:15. Most people stay a while afterwards.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in. There is no dress code.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking on site, with bays near the entrance for anyone who needs a shorter walk.
Is there something for my children?
Yes. Our Children’s Ministry runs during the Sunday service, for all ages up to eleven. Take them there before we start and collect them from the same place afterwards.
I use a wheelchair — can I get in?
Yes, there is step-free access to the main hall. Phone the office on 011 702 3241 beforehand and someone will meet you at the gate.
Will anyone put me on the spot?
No. You are welcome to come, sit at the back, and leave without speaking to anybody. Nobody will ask you to stand up or introduce yourself.
